Underneath, you will find a short guide to how the store is organised and where to go for each kind of question — useful if you are looking for something specific, or if you simply like to know your way around before you settle in.
\nThe Cozy Print makes three kinds of things: fleece blankets, throw pillows and sweatshirts, all printed with your own names, dates or photos. Everything else on the site exists to help you choose, personalise, receive and — if needed — return them. The store has four layers:
\nThe Blankets collection holds every fleece throw. Inside it, Photo Blankets are for a single favourite picture or a collage, and Name & Date Blankets are for family names, “est.” years, baby details and short lines of text. Start here if you are looking for the piece that will live on the sofa.
\nThrow Pillows are the smallest way to make a room personal: a family name for the window seat, a wedding photo on the bed, a seasonal pillow that comes out every year.
\nSweatshirts carry names, nicknames and dates. Matching Family Sweatshirts gathers designs made for groups, with each person’s name or role on their own sweatshirt.
\nThe Holidays collection brings our seasonal designs together:
\nHoliday orders need a little planning: printing takes 1–3 business days and delivery 7–14 business days, so we suggest ordering at least four weeks before the day.
\nFamily Gifts starts with the person rather than the product:
\nCollections that do not have products yet stay reachable from the menu but are hidden from the automatic list above until their first product is added.
\nThere is no separate design tool on our site. You choose a product and size, then type the personalisation in the order notes box at checkout, one line per item. Photos are emailed to support@thecozyprint.shop with your order number. We print exactly what you write and do not send proofs, and you have 24 hours after ordering to change anything.

\nCollection addresses follow a simple pattern, so you can often guess them: every collection lives under /collections/ followed by its name, such as /collections/blankets/ or /collections/gifts-for-grandparents/, and every product lives under /products/. Support and company pages sit directly after the domain, such as /shipping-delivery/ or /about-us/. If a link you saved ever stops working, try the collection name in this pattern or come back to this page.
\nThe search box in the header looks through product names and descriptions. A few ways to get better results:

Every page has one main heading, and sections are organised with clear subheadings so screen readers can jump between them. Links say where they go. If anything on the site is difficult to use with your device or assistive technology, email us — we will help you complete your order by email and use your feedback to improve the site.
\nGo to Shop or the collection for your product type, choose the design and size, add it to the cart and type your personalisation in the order notes at checkout. Email any photos with your order number.
\nStart at Family Gifts and pick the person, or at Holidays and pick the occasion. If the gift is going straight to them, enter their address as the shipping address and mention in the order notes that it is a surprise.
\nUse Order Tracking to see the status. Within 24 hours of ordering, use Cancel or Change an Order to fix anything. After delivery, Returns & Exchanges explains your 60 days and the free return label.
\nWhichever route you take, the footer on every page links back to the support pages, and the logo at the top always takes you home. And if you would rather ask than browse, one short email to us is always the quickest route of all.
\nOn a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the main menu with every collection. The footer at the bottom of each page lists the support and company pages, and the search icon lets you search for a product by name or occasion. If you get lost, this sitemap is always linked in the footer.
