That is why a parcel from us takes a little longer than something pulled off a shelf. This page explains each step between &#8220;Place order&#8221; and the moment you shake out a new fleece throw on the sofa, so you can plan around a birthday, a holiday or a long-distance surprise without guessing.</p>\n<h2>1. Where we deliver</h2>\n<p>We currently deliver to four countries. If your shipping address is in one of them, checkout will show free shipping automatically. If it is somewhere else, checkout will not offer a shipping option, and that is simply because we do not deliver there yet — not an error on your side.</p>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Delivery destinations and costs</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Country</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Shipping cost</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Processing</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Transit estimate</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>United States</td>\n<td>Free, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>7–14 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Canada</td>\n<td>Free, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>7–14 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Australia</td>\n<td>Free, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>7–14 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>New Zealand</td>\n<td>Free, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>7–14 business days</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>Within those countries we deliver to the address you enter at checkout, whether that is a home, a workplace or a parcel collection address. If you are not sure whether a particular address works for a bulky blanket parcel, write to us before ordering and we will tell you what we know.</p>\n<h2>2. How the timing works</h2>\n<p>There are two clocks. The first is <strong>processing</strong>: the 1–3 business days in which your order is printed with your personalisation, checked against your order notes, folded and packed. The second is <strong>transit</strong>: the 7–14 business days the carrier needs to bring the parcel to your door. Add them together and most orders arrive within about 8–17 business days.</p>\n<h3>What counts as a business day</h3>\n<p>Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed late on a Friday evening starts its processing clock on the following Monday. Weekends and holidays also pause the carrier&#8217;s count, which is why a parcel can sit quietly in tracking on a Sunday and then move again on Monday morning.</p>\n<h3>A worked example</h3>\n<p>Say you order a photo fleece blanket on a Tuesday for your father&#8217;s birthday. Processing finishes by Friday at the latest. From the following Monday, the carrier&#8217;s 7–14 business days begin, so the blanket should arrive somewhere between the second and the fourth week after you ordered. If the birthday is in ten days, that is too tight to promise; if it is in four weeks, you are comfortably inside the estimate.</p>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Planning backwards from an occasion</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Occasion</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Suggested order date</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Why</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Christmas</td>\n<td>At least four weeks before December 25</td>\n<td>Carriers handle their heaviest volumes in December, and holidays pause the business-day count.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Thanksgiving (US)</td>\n<td>At least four weeks before the holiday</td>\n<td>Leaves room for the full 17 business days plus a weekend or two.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Valentine&#8217;s Day</td>\n<td>Early to mid January</td>\n<td>Gives the whole processing and transit window before February 14.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Birthday or anniversary</td>\n<td>Four weeks ahead when possible</td>\n<td>The estimate is about 8–17 business days; four calendar weeks covers it with a small cushion.</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>These are planning suggestions, not guarantees. A carrier delay outside our control can still happen, and we would rather tell you honestly than promise a date we cannot control.</p>\n<h2>3. What happens after you order</h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Order confirmation.</strong> You receive an email with your order number and a copy of what you wrote in the order notes. Read it over a cup of something warm — this is the moment to spot a misspelt name.</li>\n<li><strong>The 24-hour window.</strong> For 24 hours after ordering you can ask us to change the shipping address, the personalisation text or the item. See <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a>.</li>\n<li><strong>Printing and packing.</strong> We print exactly what you wrote, fold the piece and pack it. This takes 1–3 business days.</li>\n<li><strong>Dispatch email.</strong> When the parcel is with the carrier, we email you a tracking number and a link.</li>\n<li><strong>Transit.</strong> The carrier moves the parcel across 7–14 business days. Tracking can be quiet for a day or two at the start and around border crossings.</li>\n<li><strong>Delivery.</strong> The carrier delivers to the address on the order or leaves a notice if a signature or collection is needed.</li>\n</ol>\n<h2>4. Personalisation and your delivery time</h2>\n<p>Personalised orders do not need an extra waiting step with us, because we do not send proofs or mockups before production. You type the names, dates and message in the <strong>order notes</strong> box at checkout, and we print exactly what you wrote. If you are adding photos, say so in the order notes and email the photos to <a href=\"mailto:support@thecozyprint.shop\">support@thecozyprint.shop</a> with your order number in the subject line.</p>\n<p>The one thing that can slow an order down is missing information. If your notes say &#8220;photo to follow&#8221; and no photo arrives, or a name is left blank, we will email you and hold the order until we hear back. The processing clock starts again from your reply, so sending everything at the time of ordering is the quickest route to your sofa.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>One line per item when you order several pieces, for example &#8220;Blanket: The Okafor Family · Pillow: Est. 2016 · Sweatshirt (L): Grandpa Joe&#8221;.</li>\n<li>Write capital letters and accents exactly as you want them printed.</li>\n<li>Double-check dates in the format you prefer (12.24.2026 or 24 December 2026).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>5. Tracking your parcel</h2>\n<p>Every order gets a tracking number by email when it leaves us. You can also check status at any time on the <a href=\"/order-tracking/\">Order Tracking</a> page with your order number and the email used at checkout. Tracking updates come from the carrier, not from us, so there can be gaps of a day or two — especially right after dispatch, at weekends and when a parcel is crossing into Canada, Australia or New Zealand.</p>\n<p>If tracking has not moved for several business days, or the estimated delivery date has passed, write to us with your order number. We will look at the carrier record with you and tell you what we see and what we can do next.</p>\n<h2>6. Late, lost or &#8220;delivered but not here&#8221; parcels</h2>\n<p>Most parcels arrive inside the estimate. When one does not, here is how we handle it:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Running late:</strong> if your parcel has passed the 8–17 business day estimate, email us with the order number. We check with the carrier and keep you posted.</li>\n<li><strong>Marked delivered but not found:</strong> check around the door, with neighbours, a building reception or a mailroom, and look for a carrier notice. Then contact us — we will open a query with the carrier and help you through it.</li>\n<li><strong>Lost in transit:</strong> if the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, contact us and we will work out a fair solution with you, such as a reprint or a refund.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We do not publish a fixed number of days for each of these steps, because carrier investigations vary by country. What we can promise is a reply within 24 hours on business days and a straight answer about what we know.</p>\n<h2>7. Wrong address and returned-to-sender parcels</h2>\n<p>Please check the shipping address carefully at checkout, including apartment numbers and postcodes. If you notice an error within 24 hours of ordering, we can correct it before printing. After the parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it ourselves, but you can often arrange a redirect through the carrier using the tracking number.</p>\n<p>If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody collected it, we will email you. Together we will decide whether to send it again to a corrected address or to arrange a refund under our <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a>.</p>\n<h2>8. Sending a gift to someone else</h2>\n<p>Lots of our parcels go straight to the person who will be wrapped up in them. Enter their name and address as the shipping address and your own details as the billing address. If it is a surprise, mention that in the order notes so we know, and keep the order confirmation email for yourself.</p>\n<p>For international gifts — a family-name pillow for a daughter in Auckland, say — remember the recipient might be contacted by the carrier about import charges (see the next section). It is kind to give them a heads-up.</p>\n<h2>9. Import duties and taxes for Canada, Australia and New Zealand</h2>\n<p>Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border. Whether any import duty or tax is charged, how much it is and who is asked to pay it depend on the destination country&#8217;s rules and the value of the parcel. We do not add these amounts at our checkout. If the carrier or customs authority requests a payment on delivery, it is set by that country, not by us. If you are unsure, write to us before ordering and we will share what we know about your destination.</p>\n<p>For United States addresses, there is no border crossing because orders ship from the USA.</p>\n<h2>10. Packaging and arrival</h2>\n<p>When the parcel arrives, open it soon and check the print. If anything looks wrong — a smudge, a misprint compared with your order notes, or damage from the journey — take a photo and email us. Our <a href=\"/returns-exchanges-policy/\">Returns &amp; Exchanges Policy</a> explains the next steps, and you have 60 days from delivery to send something back.</p>\n<p>Before the first wash, read the care label. A gentle cold wash and a low tumble dry keep fleece plush and printed colours bright for longer.</p>\n<h2>11. Orders with several items</h2>\n<p>A cozy set — a blanket, a matching pillow and a sweatshirt or two — is one order with one order number, and the same free shipping applies however many pieces you choose. Items are printed separately, so a set may arrive together or in more than one parcel. If there is more than one parcel, each tracking number is emailed to you, and the Order Tracking page shows the details. Please wait until every parcel has arrived before deciding something is missing, and if the estimate has passed, just ask us.</p>\n<h2>12. Holidays and busy seasons</h2>\n<p>From November through December our printing queue and every carrier get busier. Our 1–3 business day processing and 7–14 business day transit estimates stay the same, but public holidays in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand pause the business-day count. If you are ordering for Christmas, Hanukkah, Thanksgiving or Valentine&#8217;s Day, the planning table above is your friend.</p>\n<h2>13. Questions about shipping</h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@thecozyprint.shop\">support@thecozyprint.shop</a> with your order number and we will reply within 24 hours on business days. You can also open a request on the <a href=\"/submit-ticket/\">Submit a Ticket</a> page, browse the <a href=\"/faqs/\">FAQs</a> or start at the <a href=\"/help-center/\">Help Center</a>.</p>\n<p>The Cozy Print · 171 Oliver St Apt 1, Newark, NJ 07105, US · <a href=\"mailto:support@thecozyprint.shop\">support@thecozyprint.shop</a></p>\n","visible_characters":10864,"meta_description":"Free shipping from the USA to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
